MEET YOUR COACH

Matt

Fitness and nutrition have always been part of my life.

My journey began in the gym at a young age and developed into a deeper academic focus, leading to a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports Science, specialising in exercise practice and nutrition for body composition change.

My dissertation explored different nutrition protocols and their impact on body composition and performance.

Since graduating, Iโ€™ve worked full-time in the industry and have over 10 years of hands-on coaching experience, supporting clients across:

- Public gym environments
- Semi-private group training
- 1-2-1 personal coaching
- Corporate health, fitness & performance


My approach is structured, data-led, and individualised.

Every programme is built around measurable progress - not guesswork.

All sessions are 45 minutes and are available at the following times:
